Our bonds with other souls are like threads woven through the fabric of space time of eternity and they come in myriads of colours and strengths. The red thread, however, has a very specific purpose and its trajectory through eternity is never straight forward. Often it twists and turns and can get really messy and tangled at times. It can stretch through endless distances, and when it's torn or cut, it can magically re-grow and mend over time, like a limb of an axolotl. It tends to disappear when we try to pull it closer and reappears only when we eventually surrender.
